I have had my fair share of injuries from chronic low back pain and neck tweaks to spinal disc bulges and dislocated shoulders.

 

 I always say that injury is opportunity and each one certainly pushed me further down a path of understanding the body but avoidance is best if we want to be happy, healthy and in the mountains for a long time to come!

My name is Lee Mace and I'm a Strength & Conditioning coach dedicated to helping people just like YOU!

Peak Athlete prioritises mobility and stability as a base foundation to build strength, power and endurance. As mountain bikers, skiers, climbers etc our sports demand all of these things at once and if we can't provide these then injury usually follows.

I don't want you to make the same mistakes I did so I have dedicated my education and efforts to helping many others like you to resolve your restrictions, unlock your peak potential and redefine your limits.
